DISCOVER YOUR TRUTH

LEVEL 1

Our program's first level is all about identifying your needs and desires, as well as where you currently stand on your fitness journey. We'll conduct a thorough analysis of your body when you start, with the aim of getting you ready to start your fitness journey. 

In level one, we'll determine the best type of program for you, ensuring that your body receives the necessary attention to execute your goal-related program at its fullest potential. Additionally, we'll focus on improving your flexibility and conditioning. Our ultimate objective is to prepare you for your fitness journey by getting you in shape to get in shape.

LEVEL 2

Now that we have determined your fitness goals and matched you with the appropriate program to reach Level 4 status, we will now execute workouts and routines at a higher intensity. This will allow us to properly break down your muscles and continue to challenge your body beyond the progress you made in Level 2. During this phase, we will incorporate the techniques and exercises you learned in Level 1 of our program, including flexibility, proper form, and corrective exercises. With the foundation built in Phase 1, we can now work your muscles at a level that will stimulate effective transformation.

LEVEL 3

As our program progresses to the third level, clients will notice visible changes in their bodies. To avoid
hitting a plateau during the transformation process, the workouts are altered more frequently. This level
is particularly rewarding as the physical changes are easily noticeable, providing a sense of self-
fulfillment when looking in the mirror. During this stage, we will continue to track our progress through
measurements and workout performance, with Level 3 showcasing significant improvements compared
to Level 1. However, Level 3 can also be challenging as it marks the approach to Level 4, where every
effort matters more than ever.

LEVEL 4

At this level, your body will have completed the entire transformation process. Physically, this level will
be quite challenging as you will be doing advanced workouts at the highest level before you begin setting new goals. After transforming your body, we will focus on perfecting it and fine-tuning your program. As you have now reached level four, we can sit down and discuss setting new goals for your journey in life with your new body. Our team is excited to help you achieve level 4 status with your body!
